Entry requirements

· Minimum grade 10 (std 8) certificate

· 15 years of age

· Healthy with no allergies  (skin)

· No learning difficulties  at school level   **

**  Contrary to an age old belief that hairdressing is only for ‘practical’ people,  nothing can be further from the truth.  It is a career not to be looked down at as it involves long study hours and even  longer practical hours to perfect a skill that will carry the learner for the rest of his/her working career.
