Text Box: The SAQA qualification ID’s for the various levels are as follows: NQF Level 2 - 48742 NQF Level 3 - 48743 NQF Level 4 - 48741 Wave College offers the core and elective units of these three levels in one integrated course, spanning over a period of approximately 18 months. Learners who have successfully passed all the learning outcomes and logged their practical hours under a registered learnership programme, will be able to apply for their Final Summative Assessment (Trade Test) to the Service Seta. The Services Seta reserves the right to change or implement new requirements applicable to the hairdressing trade from time to time, thus ensuring a high level of competency in the hairdressing trade. Text Box: Trade Test A final Summative Assessment (FSA) will be conducted by the Services Seta once all the practical hours have been logged under a learnership programme. This assessment replaces the old trade test
